Playstation 5 consoles are set to go back on sale today.

With shops closed to customers due to the lockdown, ordering online is the only chance people have to secure one of the new Playstations.

The first batch of pre-orders, which sold out in minutes, are being delivered to doors today. But both the £360 digital PS5 and the £450 disc edition will be back in stock today at various retailers.

Sony Playstation 5s and rival Microsoft X Box Series X are among the most in-demand Christmas 2020 presents.

Expect to queue online if you are trying to buy a PS5 today.

Game, Currys/PC World, Amazon, John Lewis, Very, Asda and Tesco are among the retailers stocking PS5s on Thursday November 19.

Good luck!

The PlayStation 5 officially went on sale in the UK today (November 19).

Unfortunately, many avid gamers across Kent, have spent launch day trying and failing to get their hands on one.

Customers have experienced both Tesco and John Lewis websites crashing, while attempting to purchase the latest gaming sensation.

GAME has also sent out emails saying that not all consoles will be available to be delivered on release day and currently have an estimated wait time of over an hour to purchase the console online.

It looks like fans of the Sony game system will need to wait to get their hands on a copy of the console after the pandemic and low stock has cause shortages for most stores.

Those looking for a quick and easy way to know when stock will be available can try Stock Informer which will automatically notify you when new stock arrives and where.

Asda is expecting a restock sometime today but this isn’t guarenteed.

The Playstation 5 selling for £449.99 or a digital PS5 edition for£349.99 has quickly become the most sought after and is currently completely sold out in all major retailers.

Your best bet is to rely on stock informer for updates live or take your chances with GAME’s hour long queue unless you want to pay a pretty penny extra on eBay.

Playstation 5 Amazon LIVE stock availability updates as GAME, Curry’s, Very and John Lewis sell out

THE wait is over!

The Playstation 5 went on sale in the UK at 8am this morning - and just like last week’s launch of the XBox Series X and S, it sold out in most locations extremely fast.

Amazon, GAME, BT, Curry’s, Argos, John Lewis, Very and Sony were all out of stock within a matter of hours and at the moment it appears nowhere in the UK has any consoles remaining.

Keep checking this page for latest stock locations and updates, however, in case stores release a last minute batch this afternoon.
